Blend :
1 cup water
1 cup greens (Kale, spinach etc...)
1 tsp diced, seedless jalapenos
1 celery
1/4 cup Cilantro
3/4 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
(You can try this with different fruit besides pineapple like strawberries, mangoes, apples)
