Meat loaf
In a bowl, mix :
1 lb ground turkey,
1/2 to 3/4 cup oats
2 eggs
1/3 cup dried onions
Spices to taste such as mixed up salt, barbecue seasoning. (About 2 to 3 tsp)
Put in a loaf pan and bake for about 45 min at 375.
