Almond Milk Berry Smoothie

-1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
-1/2 cup berries
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup oats

Dump in blender and puree. Best served chilled.

This is perfect at the end of the day when you are just craving something sweet and need a little treat. Super yummy, complex carbs only and satisfies that craving.
